Biography

Dr Winchester is a marketing lecturer at Monash Business School where she teaches within the Bachelor of International Business. Prior to moving to Australia, she was a Senior Lecturer at Harper Adams University College in the UK. She has also been a visiting professor at Fachhochschule Bingen - University of Applied Sciences, in Germany, the Beijing Agricultural College in China, and Ecole Supandeacute;rieure de Commerce de Dijon in France. 

She has published in both marketing and educational journals, as well as presented at conferences in Australia and overseas. Her more recent research interests are the application of consumer behaviour to political voting behaviour, blended learning, and gamification within higher education.
