Biography

I am a medical doctor and a computational biologist with a broad research interest ranging from molecular genetics to biostatistics on big health data. My current research works focus on the genetic basis and risk factors of common gastrointestinal diseases, where I exploit biobank- scale healthcare data and integrate modern statistics, metagenomic and multi-omics methodologies.
