Biography

Dr Tan Seok Tyug is a Senior Lecturer at Jeffrey Cheah School of Medicine & Health Sciences, Monash University Malaysia. She is a registered nutritionist with a Ph.D. degree in Nutritional Sciences.

Her fields of research are centred around food security, eating behaviour, and the nutritional status of various populations. Dr. Tan also serves as an Associate Editor for "Nutrition and Health" (Sage) and as an Editorial Board Member for "Dialogues in Health" (Elsevier) and "Societal Impacts" (Elsevier).
