Biography

I am an expert in human-centered design with a strong focus on culturally sensitive design and localization. My work involves developing innovative design methods that support more inclusive and context-aware solutions. I am particularly interested in participatory research approaches and the use of process mapping to embed meaningful participation into project decision-making. Through my research and practice, I aim to enhance the ways diverse voices are integrated into the product design and decision-making process.
