Biography

I am a former Victorian Plastic Surgery trainee, now working as the Burns Fellow for the Victorian Adult Burns Service.  I am also a post doctoral trained scientist and researcher. My PhD in genetics was from the lab of Prof Fiona Watt at University of Cambridge studying the role of stem cell markers in HNSCC. I was funded by MRC & CRUK Fellowships. Further post doctoral research in HNSCC and craniofacial development was carried out at Monash University. This research was funded by competitive grant funding. My work has been published in high impact peer reviewed journals and he has been awarded National and International prizes.
