Biography

Stephanie is a practice academic and commercial researcher at the Australian Consumer and Retail Studies (ACRS) research unit, positioned within Monash Business School's Department of Marketing.

She works with clients across a range of retail and service-based industries, including multi-national corporations, government, and social enterprise, to deliver insights and strategic solutions to help businesses adapt, improve, grow, and profit sustainably.

Stephanie specialises in retail and consumer behaviour research, with a particular focus on B2B and B2C retail experience, shopper trends, market performance, sustainability, and the issues and opportunities faced by the global retail and service industries.

Prior to joining Monash University, Stephanie worked in commercial research roles with a focus on education, retail, banking and finance, and B2B.

Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Business Management with majors in Marketing and Human Resources (Honours Class I) from The University of Queensland.
