Biography
StellaMay graduated with a PhD in Public Health/Epidemiology, following a BSc(Hons) in Statistics and an MSc in Health Services Research and Technology Assessment. Her biostatistics and research methodology expertise spans over two decades in various research programs, within Australia, United Kingdom, Zimbawe and collaborates with other international researchers. She has experience working within clinical research, public health and epidemiology across different medical areas such as occupational health, psychiatry, general medicine, cardiovascular health, peadiatrics, endocrinology, respiratory health, e.t.c.
Her research interests are in improving occupational health outcomes for migrants and the general CALD community, increasing research participation of CALD populations, improved consideration of CALD in provision of medical services (including therapeutics, precision medicine, therapies).
