Biography
Dr. Shanfei (Sophie) Feng is a Lecturer in Department of Marketing, Monash Business School. Her research interests include Business-to-Business services, customer relationship, and new product diffusion. She has worked on projects involving oil and gas industry, which is a context she has particular interests in. Sophie has published in journals including International Journal of Research in Marketing, and International Journal of Foresting.
