Biography

SOH, Keng Lin earned his PhD from Universiti Sains Malaysia, Penang in 2021. His major in tertiary education included operations and supply chain management. He has a modest list of empirical collaborative research publications. These journals included Journal of Cleaner Production, Journal of Enterprise Information Management, International Journal of Production Economics, Transport Research Part F: Psychology and Behaviour, Resources Conservation Recycling,  Transportation Research Part D: Transport and Environment, and Quality Reliability Engineering International. Soh welcomes transdisciplinary research collaboration with the integration of management content and theories. Previously, he actively supervised/co-supervised and graduated four (4) MA and four (4) PhD students in third-party logistics, supply chain integration, hauliers-depot relationship, public bus transportation, customer satisfaction, and sustainability dimensions. His publications extended to the circular economy, customer involvement, information sharing and leakage. In 2019, a book chapter was published entitled Review of Pharmaceutical Sea Freight and Malaysian Third-Party Logistics Service Providers—A Supply Chain Perspective. Soh looks forward to research and its supervision. His other experiences included teaching and academia administration. His industry experiences in labour-intensive mass production were complemented with heavy industry project management. Soh provided ISO 9001 second-party audit services, shop-floor problem solving consultancy and in-house quality training with certification to MNCs.
