Biography

Dr. Teoh obtained her Master of Pharmacy (MPharm) from University of Strathclyde and subsequently completed her pre-registration pharmacist training in United Kingdom. She is a registered pharmacist in the United Kingdom and Malaysia. Dr.Teoh joined School of Pharmacy, Monash University Malaysia as a research assistant before completing her PhD in Health Economics and Outcomes Research. Her research experience focused on evidence-based medicine (systematic review and meta-analysis) and health economics (economic burden and economic evaluations), as well as qualitative and choice-modelling studies. Dr.Teoh's research works included collaboration with World Health Organizations (WHO), Hospis Malaysia and Ministry of Health (Malaysia). Dr.Teoh's current research interests are maternal and child health, mental health, palliative care, and mindfulness interventions.
