Biography

Dr Sherelle Connaughton is the Education Coordinator at the Monash Centre for Consciousness and Contemplative Studies. With degrees in psychology, research and music therapy, she has worked in numerous health and education settings for over 30 years. Since completing a PhD and Masters in Clinical Psychology in 2007, her focus has been on health and wellbeing, particularly mindfulness and stress management, for students and staff at Monash University.
