Biography

Dr Sheena Sara is a Lecturer in the Department of Finance and serves as the Deputy Director of Undergraduate Studies (Course) at the School of Business. She holds a doctorate in finance from Monash University Malaysia. Her teaching and research focus on corporate finance, including optimal capital structure, investment, corporate governance, and price discovery in financial markets, with recent interest in sustainable finance and fintech. Her research outputs are published in academic journals such as Finance Research Letters, International Review of Financial Analysis, American Business Review, and Energy Economics.
