Personal profile


Professor Seema Narayan is the Deputy Director of Pacific Action for Climate Transitions (PACT). Professor Narayan completed her PhD in economics and econometrics at Monash University in 2009 and worked at the  Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology for over 13 years. With a strong research track record of over 130 papers published in highly ranked economics and finance journals, Seema engages in multi-disciplinary research and has significant experience as a research supervisor and mentor. Her co-authored papers explore the connection between economic policy and the environment, international development, trade, and international finance with a strong focus on Asia and the Pacific region.
