Biography
Saw Pui San is an accomplished pharmacy educator and researcher specializing in public health and pharmacy practice, with a commitment to advancing healthcare through evidence-based approaches. Her research spans critical healthcare services issues, including avoidable hospitalizations, healthcare workforce dynamics, and person-centered care strategies in Malaysia. Supported by grants from the Ministry of Health and the Alliance for Health Policy and Systems Research (WHO), Pui San’s work has provided valuable insights into strengthening primary care and public health systems.
As an active external peer reviewer for the National Institute of Health Malaysia, Pui San contributes to promoting impactful research through her dedication to rigorous standards.
