Biography

Founded in practice, Sarah's research investigates workplace politics to determine implications for organisational strategy, change, and governance. Decision-making around talent management, workplace diversity and inclusion, complex topics at the intersection of work and society, is a current focus. Sarah also draws on her research and consulting background to deliver progressive under- and post-graduate education; a contribution recognised by the Office of the Vice-Provost (Learning & Teaching). Sarah has lived and worked in Australia, the USA, the Philippines and Malaysia.
