Biography

Robert Christian Moehler is a Lecturer of Project Management in the Department of Civil Engineering at Monash University in Australia. He is the Deputy Course Director and core team member of the cross-faculty Master of Project Management and Master of Project Leadership degrees at Monash University in Australia. Since 2020, Robert is the Business Model Innovation theme coordinator of the Building 4.0 CRC.

Current projects include integration of a value approach through co-creation and co-design in the project-based industries, focusing on knowledge artefacts for community engagement (IDR Seed fund $95000) project, project process integration of information systems to enhance collaboration (Building 4.0 CRC fund), Business model innovation through a platform supported project delivery (Building 4.0 CRC fund) and pedagogical research on project-based learning on instructional strategies (consultation fund).

Past projects include the development of a Competency Framework for the management of Major Projects and Programmes for the Victorian Government and the Infrastructure / Construction Industry (Infrastructure Seed Fund $48000); A roadmap for skills development linking national provision to firm needs; and feasibility and proof-of-concept of platform-driven co-creation of value through user involvement for the Built Environment.
