Biography
Rachel Crotty is a Research Fellow at the Monash University Accident Research Centre (MUARC). With a strong foundation in research she contributes to advancing knowledge in psychology, human factors, and road safety.
Rachel holds a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) from Monash University, where she received the Malcolm Macmillan Prize and William Webster Prize for academic excellence. Her research experience includes conducting literature reviews, designing and analyzing surveys, formulation and publication of manuscripts, and working with driving simulation technology (STIsim).
Beyond academia, Rachel co-owns a successful online business, demonstrating her entrepreneurial mindset, digital marketing skills, and ability to manage complex projects.
Her work reflects a commitment to high-quality research, problem-solving, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
