Personal profile

Biography

I am a Research Fellow in the School of Psychological Sciences, working at the intersections of industry and community.

My research focuses on the design and delivery of personalised interventions for sleep health. To achieve this, I actively engage with industry, end-users, and communities to design scalable, practical interventions. I am currently working on the development and implementation of a digital health technology (SleepSync) for shift workers. Efficacy testing of this product has been conducted across healthcare, defence, and other industries within shift work.

I am deeply committed to examining and addressing sleep and mental health in underserved populations, including caregivers, people living with dementia, and culturally diverse and other minoritised communities. I actively engage in outreach and advocacy programs to increase public health awareness and improve sleep outcomes in our communities.
