Biography
Phyra Sok is an Associate Professor in Marketing at Monash Business School. He completed his PhD in Marketing at the University of Tasmania. Phyra's research converges on both the firm side and customer side with regard to theory and practice. He has published in journals such as Journal of Retailing, Journal of Service Research, Industrial Marketing Management, European Journal of Marketing, Journal of Business Research, Tourism Management, International Small Business Journal, Journal of Small Business Management, Journal of Services Marketing, Journal of Service Theory and Practice, among the others.

Marketing Strategy, Employee Motivation, Service Innovation, Ambidexterity
Supervision interests
I am interested in supervising students who are interested in areas aligned to my research interest. Quantitative method using multi-level approach (survey) is preferred.
