Biography
Dr Peter Bradford MBBS, MPH, FRACMA, FCHSM
Professor (Practice), Unit Coordinator, Group Moderator and Chief Examiner
Dr. Peter Bradford has had a 40 year career in full time health care management practice. His most recent role was as Executive Director Clinical Governance and Medical Services at Melbourne Health (The Royal Melbourne Hospital), and prior to that had 27 years in senior medical management roles in the Australian Health Care industry.
Peter has been a surveyor/assessor with the Australian Council on Healthcare Standards since 1993.
He has been a Group Moderator in Health Services Management in the undergraduate MB BS course at Monash University since 2006, and Senior Lecturer in postgraduate MHSM Course since 2016, becoming Unit Coordinator in 2017.
He is a Fellow of the Australian College of Health Services Management and of the Royal Australasian College of Medical Administrators from whom he was awarded the College Medallion in 2008.
