As a clinical research nurse, my philosophy is to deliver rigorous, ethically grounded research that is directly anchored in safe, high-quality patient care. I believe that robust science and compassionate practice are inseparable: clear theoretical alignment, transparent methods, and meticulous data integrity are essential to generating trustworthy evidence that improves outcomes at the bedside. I value collaboration with patients, families, and the multidisciplinary team, recognising their perspectives as critical sources of knowledge. Guided by respect, equity, and accountability, I am committed to studies that are feasible in real clinical settings, protect participants, optimise nursing workflows, and translate findings into meaningful, sustainable improvements in care.
