Personal profile

I am an Early Career Intensivist and Critical Care Epidemiologist.  I hold 0.5 FTE clinical appointments at both Austin and Monash Health, and am an Adjunct Associate Professor in the School of Clinical Sciences at Monash University.  I hold conjoint Adjunct Senior Fellow posts with the Department of Critical Care, Melbourne Medical School, and the School of Public Health and Preventive Medicine, Monash University.

I have extensive and diverse clinical experience in large tertiary hospitals in the UK and Australia.  I have a unique track record of high performance in both academia and education provision, and I am actively involved with state and national College committees, and with the ANZICS Clinical Trials Group.  I am currently returning to high level research activity post-pandemic as a Chief Investigator with the $4.9M NHMRC MRFF-funded MEGA-SCORES translational interdisciplinary research group.
