Personal profile


Namrata Srivastava is a research fellow in the Data Science and Artificial Intelligence department, Faculty of Information Technology. She is working in the Center for Learning Analytics at Monash (CoLAM), under the supervision of Professor Dragan Gasevic.
Namrata has finished her doctorate degree from The University of Melbourne with a thesis entitled "Towards Sensor-based Learning Analytics" under the supervision of Prof. James Bailey, Dr Jason Lodge, Dr Eduardo Velloso, and Dr Sarah Erfani. Her research background includes combining sensor-based technology (eye-tracking and thermal imaging) and machine learning techniques in the context of digital learning.
