Biography
Nadia is a dedicated educator and a proud woman of Aboriginal heritage, descended from Kanolu country. She holds a Master of Advanced Clinical Nursing with a focus on nursing education and a graduate certificate specialisation in intensive care nursing.
Nadia began working her nursing career in 2019, and transitioned to intensive care nursing in 2020. There, she has been focused on advancing critical-thinking skills within clinical practice and creating safe, supportive educational environments. Her goal has been to empower nurses from all backgrounds and experiences in promoting advocacy for both themselves and their patients.
Passionate about fostering respect, self-efficacy, and teamwork in the workplace, Nadia is committed to instilling these values in nursing students, preparing them to navigate the complexities of modern healthcare.
