Moganavatsala have received her Bachelor of Computer Science (Software Engineering) from Universiti Tenaga Nasional in 2009 and Master of Science (Information Assurance) from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia in 2016. She was attached to Hewlett Packard (M) based in Cyberjaya from 2010 till 2012, as a service request administrator supporting the EU and APAC region in managing their IP and LAN services.  In 2012, she moved to SEGi University as an e-resources support executive, where she managed the Learning Management System (LMS) for the university as well as in providing LMS training for both students and staffs. She then joined Manipal International University in 2019, as a program coordinator cum lecturer. Her research interest would be in the area of cybersecurity and narrowing it to the healthcare and education sector.
