Biography

Matt has been a visiting research fellow at Doshisha Univeristy and Osaka University and a guest lecturer at the University of Melbourne and the University of Sydney.  Matt completed his PhD in early 2017 at the Adelaide Law School, University of Adelaide. His thesis involved a comparative study of labour mobility and labour regulation in professional baseball in Australia, the United States and Japan. Matt's research interests include employment law, regulatory theory, sports law and Japanese law. He teaches employment law, sports law and banking law in undergraduate and postgraduate programs.
