Biography

Mary works in the Faculty of Business and Economics at Monash University as a Senior Lecturer.

Mary Anderson has had some 20 years experience as an academic in addition to 15 years in private industry. Mary has been the recipient of a Dean's Award for Teaching Excellence in 2009.

She holds a Bachelor of Business, a Masters of Business Administration and has recently been awarded a Doctorate in Education. Mary's research interests, along with current issues in management, include total quality management in higher education and stakeholder expectations and perceptions of quality in higher education. She has published in International Journal of Quality and Reliability Management and several Australian, New Zealand and American conference proceedings.
