Biography

Luke Davies is a musculoskeletal physiotherapist, project manager and educator in the School of Primary and Allied Health Care. Luke’s clinical work has involved working with complex chronic patients through education and exercise-based interventions. Luke’s teaching experience includes areas such as functional anatomy, exercise prescription for chronic conditions and various foundational units within entry-level physiotherapy programmes.

Luke’s research has resulted in the development of capability frameworks for physiotherapists to deliver care via telehealth (videoconferencing and telephone), housed on the websites of physiotherapy associations in 13 countries and received endorsement from the International Society for Telemedicine and eHealth, an international global partner in digital health
