Biography
Dr. Lu Yang is a lecturer in the Department of Accounting at Monash University. Prior to joining Monash University, Lu earned her Ph.D. in management accounting from Maastricht University in the Netherlands in 2018. Her research interests cover a range of topics in management accounting, including performance measures and compensation design, CEO turnover, the interactive use of accounting information in internal decision making, CSR issues in management accounting and CSR materiality.
She serves as an ad-hoc reviewer for Management Accounting Research, Corporate Governance: An International Review, and Journal of Accounting and Public Policy.
