Biography

Dr. Lu Yang is a Senior Lecturer in Accounting at the Department of Accounting, Monash University. Before joining Monash University, Lu earned her Ph.D. in management accounting from Maastricht University in the Netherlands in 2018. Her research interests cover a range of topics in management accounting, including corporate social responsibility in compensation design, CEO turnover, the interactive use of accounting information in internal decision-making, performance measurement systems, and corporate governance. 

She is an ad-hoc reviewer for Management Accounting Research, Corporate Governance: An International Review, and Journal of Accounting and Public Policy.
