Biography

Dr. Lu Yang is a Lecturer (equiv. Assistant Professor) in the Department of Accounting at Monash University. Prior to joining Monash University, Lu earned her Ph.D. in management accounting from Maastricht University in the Netherlands in 2018. Her research interests cover a range of topics in management accounting, including corporate social responsibility in compensation design, CEO turnover, the interactive use of accounting information in internal decision making, performance measurement systems, and corporate governance. 

She serves as an ad-hoc reviewer for Management Accounting Research, Corporate Governance: An International Review, and Journal of Accounting and Public Policy.
