Biography

Liang Li began her career in Australia as an early childhood qualified teacher, working for two years in a kindergarten before she started her PhD study. She is now a lecturer in early childhood education and she has recently completed her PhD course. Her research interests focus on child development, family study, play and pedagogy, cross-cultural research early childhood teacher education and visual methodology.

Liang has been involved in data collection for a recent evaluation of rural Chinese early years services for PLAN International and professional development training program for Chinese kindergarten teachers.
