Biography

Dr. Kosalishkwaran Ganeson completed his Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Mechatronics Engineering at Monash University Malaysia in 2017. He then proceeded to pursue his postgraduate degree in Monash University Malaysia and was conferred the award of Doctor of Philosophy in 2022. He worked as a mechatronics engineer and engineering team lead in an agritech company from 2022. Currently, he is appointed as a research fellow in the School of Engineering at Monash University Malaysia. His main research interests are in the field of robotics (soft robotics), artificial intelligence and the biomechanics of the spine. He is a dynamic researcher who is currently working on aerial perching mechanisms for contact-based inspection in oilfield installations.
