Biography
Kelli is an experienced emergency nurse, working with both adults and children. Before commencing her lecturer role at Monash she worked as a clinical nurse educator in large emergency department. She is currently lead and teaches into the emergency nursing stream of the Master of Advanced Clinical Nursing and is the Director of Education for Monash Nursing and Midwifery.
Kelli completed her PhD in 2019 which explored the the waiting room nurse role in Emergency Departments.
Research Interests
Kelli is currently involved in several projects relating to emergency department care and educational research.
Supervision interests
Kelli is an accredited PhD supervisor and has experience supervising local and international students in PhD, Masters and Honours studies using mixed methods and qualitative approaches.
