Staff intensivist, supervisor of training

Kavi has a special interest in ultrasound and echocardiography in critical care, and in teaching. She is currently completing a PhD at the University of Melbourne on the role of ultrasound and echocardiography in critical care. Kavi is an instructor for HeartScan Melbourne University. Kavi is also the course director and instructor for BASIC and Beyond BASIC Mechanical Ventilation courses at Peninsula Health, and is an instructor for Intensive Care for Emergency Medicine course offered through the College of Emergency Medicine, Hong Kong, as well as being and one of the authors of the manual for this course.
