Professor Cherrie Jiuhua Zhu (1EN) (BA-Nanjing Normal, MBA-Monash, PhD-Tasmania)

Jiuhua (Cherrie) works in the Faculty of Business and Economics at Monash University as a Professor.

Cherrie Jiuhua Zhu (PhD) is a Professor of human resource management (HRM) and Chinese studies in the Department of Management, and also Director, China Program, Monash Business School.

Research interests

Cross-culture management, impact of international business/globalisation on emerging economies such as China, on their HRM policies and practices.
