Jin Yu is an Associate Professor of Finance in the Department of Banking and Finance at Monash University. Jin's primary research interests cover capital structure, ownership structure, and international capital markets. He has published in leading finance and business journals such as Journal of Financial Economics, Journal of International Business Studies, Journal of Corporate Finance, and Journal of Banking and Finance. Jin's work have also been accepted for presentation at top finance and economics conferences including AEA, AFA, EFA, FIRS, CICF, and NFA. Jin holds a Ph.D. in Finance from Vienna University of Economics and Business and Vienna Graduate School of Finance. He completed his Master in Finance at Lancaster University and Bachelor in Industrial Foreign Trade at Shanghai Jiaotong University.
