Biography

Jimmy Donaghey is Professor of Management, based at the Caulfield Campus.  His research interests focus on the internationalisation of the employment relationship and employee voice. He is currently an Associate editor for the Human Resource Management Journal.

Prior to joining Monash, Jimmy was Professor of International HRM at the University of Warwick from 2015-2019.  He joined Warwick as Associate Professor in 2010, having previously worked as lecturer in Queen's University Belfast, from where her received his PhD. 

Jimmy is a native of Donegal, Ireland. He is a committed fan of both the Donegal Gaelic Football team and Arsenal FC.
