Biography
Jessica Purcell is a Professor in the School of Mathematics at Monash University, and Associate Dean of Research in the Faculty of Science.
Her research interests are in geometry and topology. She is particularly interested in 3-manifolds, hyperbolic geometry, and knot theory, and problems that overlap these areas, as well as their relationship with other areas of mathematics.
