Biography

Yi-Hung Lin (Jerry) joined the Department of Accounting, Monash University in July 2016. His Ph.D. was earned from National Cheng Kung University (Taiwan), and he was a research fellow in Deakin University (Australia) and a visiting scholar in Northern Illinois University (USA).

He co-authored research papers which received the Best Paper Award in 2014 American Accounting Association’s Southeast Region and Quality Paper Award in 2015 Taiwan Accounting Association Anual Meeting.

His research interests include Auditing Issues, IFRS, Corporate Social Responsibility, Earnings Management, and Financial Fraud Issues. His research has been published in the Accounting Horizons, International Journal of Accounting and Information Management, and Journal of Forensic & Investigative Accounting. He is a member of the American Accounting Association.
