Personal profile

Biography

I am passionate about empowering students in developing practical, real-world problem-solving skills through experiential learning. My approach equips business graduates—both undergraduate and postgraduate—with critical thinking competence and employability readiness. Through case-based teaching, I simulate contemporary corporate practices and industry challenges, guiding students to develop research-informed solutions for Australian and global multinational corporations operating across diverse cultures.

My pedagogy emphasises the application of knowledge, analytical rigour, research skills, and creative thinking. I foster collaborative learning through reflective exercises, AI tools, interactive discussions, and brainstorming sessions that generate practical solutions for corporate implementation. This teaching philosophy is grounded in my global academic background and extensive work experience across the private and public sectors, which enrich my teaching practice and research discipline.
My teaching interests span Sustainable Business Strategy and Leadership, International Business Management, and Intercultural Communication and Negotiation Management. Beyond the classroom, I actively collaborate on research examining management strategy case studies across industries, critical thinking in education, and sustainability challenges facing female-led SMEs in Asia.
My work contributes to the following UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs);
SDG 4 - Quality Education
SDG 5 - Gender Equality
SDG 8 - Decent Work and Economic Growth
