Biography

I am a Research Fellow and documentary filmmaker at the ARC Centre of Excellence for Automated Decision-Making & Society (ADM+S). With 15 years of filmmaking experience, I specialise in collaborating with diverse groups to produce people-centered documentary films. My work combines filmmaking and communication for social change, with a focus on promoting positive gender norms, diversity, and climate justice. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of showcasing my films at esteemed festivals including SXSW and the Adelaide Film Festival and having them broadcast on ABC and SBS. Additionally, I have directed over 100 hours of documentary commissions for cultural institutions, non-profits, artists, activists, and academics. Currently, my documentary research practice revolves around the critical areas of ethical and inclusive Artificial Intelligence.
