Biography

Dr Jeff Shao received his PhD from UNSW Sydney in 2016. Prior to joining Monash as Senior Lecturer, he was Lecturer at RMIT University. Jeff’s research has appeared in journals such as the Academy of Management Journal and the Leadership Quarterly. He has received research funding from the Australian Nursing and Midwifery Federation (ANMF) and the Ian Potter Foundation. Jeff has taught courses including Leadership Principles and Practices, Contemporary Management, Organisational Behaviour, Global Business Environment, and Cross-Cultural Management. He has teaching experiences in Australia, China, Indonesia and Singapore.
