Biography

Dr Jeff Shao received his PhD from UNSW Sydney in 2016. Prior to joining Monash as Senior Lecturer, he was Lecturer at RMIT University. Jeff’s research has appeared in journals such as the Academy of Management Journal and the Leadership Quarterly. He has received research funding from the Australian Nursing and Midwifery Federation (ANMF) and the Ian Potter Foundation. Jeff was the recipient of the Early Career Researcher Award from the Australian and New Zealand Academy of Management in 2019.
