Biography

Jean Paul holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of California, Santa Cruz. Jean Paul's fields of interest are experimental finance/economics and evolutionary game theory.

He studies a variety of financial topics in the laboratory, such as conflict of interest present in intermediary and asset markets. He also studies adaptative dynamics in the evolution of actions and types in different games. 

Jean Paul's experimental work has appeared in Review of Finance, Journal of Financial Intermediation, Games and Economic Behavior, and Research in Experimental Economics while his evolutionary work has been published in the Journal of Economic Dynamics and Control, Games, Dynamic Games and Applications, and the Journal of Evolutionary Economics.

Currently, Jean Paul teaches equity analysis.
