Personal profile

Biography

I am an expert in chronic disease research and I lead a lab in the Rheumatology Research Division at Monash University. Here, I lead projects developing novel therapeutics for SLE.

I have a passion for clinical immunology research with my expertise encompassing a diverse skill set of human immunology, clinical trials and translational research. My research uses fundamental biology techniques to translate research findings to decrease the burden of disease. It has made significant contributions to the development of new vaccine delivery systems, critically needed health policy changes and providing new knowledge, globally.

My research vision is to improve the health of those suffering from chronic disease by providing new therapeutics to millions worldwide.
