Jacqueline Weinberg is a lecturer, PhD Candidate, and Clinical Supervisor in Monash Legal Practice Programs at the Faculty of Law, Monash University. Jacqueline received an Australian Postgraduate Award scholarship and commenced her PhD in 2016, which is focused on an exploration of ADR in clinical legal education. Jacqueline recently published an article in the IJCLE titled: Keeping Up With Change: No Alternative To Teaching ADR In Clinic. An Australian Perspective. Jacqueline teaches criminal law and trusts in the LLB and JD programs. Her research areas are in ADR, student well-being and technology and the law, focusing on access to justice in clinical legal education. Jacqueline has presented at numerous conferences, including International Journal of Clinical Legal Education Conference, The National
Wellness for Law Forum and ADR Research Network Roundtable.
