Biography
Gerri Spassova is an Associate Professor at at the Department of Marketing, Monash University (Caulfield, Melbourne). Gerri joined Monash University in 2010 after receiving her PhD in marketing from Cornell University (US). Her research is in the areas of information processing, decision making, and choice. In particular, her work explores factors that influence decisions in the context of advice seeking, receiving, and advice giving, as well as perceptons of expertise and risk.
Gerri's work has been published in Journal of Consumer Research, Journal of Retailing, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, and European Journal of Marketing.
