Biography
Gavin joined the Department of Management, Monash Business School in March 2015. He previously worked at La Trobe University, Melbourne, and prior to that, at the University of Leicester in the United Kingdom.
Alongside colleagues from Monash and Melbourne University, Gavin has recently launched MIPO (Menopause Information Pack for Organizations), a free, open-access suite of resources to help managers introduce and embed best practice menopause support in the workplace: www.menopauseatwork.org
He has other research interests in critical management studies, postcolonial approaches to management and organisation studies (especially international and cross-cultural management), and gender and diversity in the workplace. He was co-Chair of the Critical Management Studies Division of the Academy of Management.
