Biography

Gagan Kaur is an Assistant Lecturer in the department of Materials Science and Engineering. Gagan received her MSc Hons. (Chemistry) from Guru Nanak Dev University, India (1997) and her PhD in polymer chemistry from Monash University, Australia (2013). She also spent two years at CSIRO as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow (2014-2016).  Gagan's research interests lie in the synthesis and development of novel polymeric materials for biomedical, nanoscience and industrial applications. Her research interests also lie in the conductive polymeric materials, biodegradable polyurethanes and living radical polymerisations.
