Biography
Dr. Fumihito Noguchi graduated from Osaka University (Faculty of Medicine) and was endowed medical license in 2004. He obtained Ph.D. (Dr. of Medical Science) at Graduate School of Medicine, Osaka University in 2013. He was qualified as Board Certified Dermatologist of Japanese Dermatological Association in 2012.
He has been associated with professional communities of clinicians, dermatologists and researchers in Japan and Australia as a member of Japanese Dermatological Association (2005-present), Japanese Skin Cancer Society (2006-present), The Japanese Society for Investigative Dermatology (2009-present), The Society for Hair Research (2013-present) and Australia and New Zealand Melanoma Trials Group (2018-present).
He has been engaged in clinical as well as investigative field of dermatology at major hubs in Japan (2004-2006: Intern, Nissay Hospital, 2006-2009: Resident in Dermatology, National Hospital Organization Osaka National Hospital, 2009-2015 and 2017-2019: Endowed Assistant Professor, Department of Regenerative Dermatology, Osaka University) and in Australia (2015-2017: Honorary Visiting Scientist, Cancer Development and Treatment Laboratory, Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre, 2019-2021: Research fellow, Cancer Development and Treatment Laboratory, Monash Alfred Health) with key publications in the relevant research field (e.g. PMID: 28223427, PMID: 22883018).
