Biography

Erte Xiao is a Professor in the Department of Economics. Her research applies experimental methods to understand how incentives and social norms influence economic behavior. Before joining Monash University, she was an assistant professor at Carnegie Mellon University and a post-doctoral fellow at the University of Pennsylvania.
