Biography

Dinesh Ramachandram is a Lecturer at School of Pharmacy, Monash University Malaysia. He brings a wealth of experience as a Clinical Pharmacist and also as a Quality Assurance (QA) and Regulatory Affairs Executive, where he worked closely with the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA) and the Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE).

Dinesh is currently the Unit Coordinator for Professional Practice IV, where he leads the integration of Evidence-Based Medicine into the curriculum. His teaching is incredibly impactful within clinical units focused on acute and comprehensive care, ensuring students gain the practical skills necessary to excel in complex healthcare settings. With a commitment to bridging theory and practice, Dinesh has established himself as a pivotal figure in advancing clinical education.

Beyond his teaching, Dinesh has a remarkable research portfolio with over 50 publications. He has cultivated solid industrial linkages and secured significant research funding, contributing to the growth and innovation within the field. Dinesh also plays a crucial role in mentoring and supervising undergraduate students within and across disciplines, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages multidisciplinary research. His dedication to education and research underscores his leadership in the academic community.
